Mika Zibanejad showed off just how effective he can be on the ice when he notched a 5-goal night for the New York Rangers, including the overtime winner that sunk the Washington Capitals. This week, he showed us once again another area he can be pretty effective.
Behind the turntables.
Ziban released a new song on Sunday alongside producer Hot Shade and vocalist Melina Borglowe. The song’s name is “By My Side” and adds to Zibanejad’s growing repertoire of music, which includes four other songs.
Honestly not too bad. The genre may not be for everyone, but it sounds relatively professional for what it is. Zibanejad is from Sweden, which has proven to be a hot bed for DJs, particularly after Avicii’s rise to fame.
Last June, Zibanejad did a DJ set at Summerburst festival in Sweden, and at the same festival one of the world’s biggest DJs Tiesto played his unreleased track.
So when he decides to hang up the skates, maybe it’s time to switch focus completely over to this world?
