Michael Strahan has been a very important person to the game of football for the past two and a half decades. He went from being a dominant pass rusher, one that set the single-season sack record in 2001 as a member of the New York Giants and helped them to a 2007 Super Bowl title, to a television personality on FOX.

Strahan is essentially associated with two things; Football and his iconic tooth gap.

Well, we’re going to have to narrow that down to one thing. In a video posted to his social media, Strahan revealed that he had decided to surgically dispose of his tooth gap. He explains that nobody wants him to do it, but it’s something that he wants to do.

The result has him looking like a brand new man.

Now let’s hold the phone here for JUST ONE SECOND.

It’s POSSIBLE that this video is exactly what it says it is, but it is ALSO POSSIBLE that this video is a primer for April Fool’s Day. It wouldn’t be the first time a figure in the world of sports pretended to get rid of a signature “imperfection” as an April Fool’s Day gag.

Maybe Strahan did repair his gap tooth, but we’re waiting until April 2nd to fully believe him.
