Stephen Curry is one of the greatest shooters in the history of the NBA and at this pace he’s going to finish his career with the most three-pointers made in NBA history.
However, three NBA championships, two MVP Awards, six All-Star selections and the many other achievements he’s accomplished over the course of his 10-year career aren’t enough to make him a Hall of Famer. At least not yet, according to Michael Jordan.
In a recent interview with TODAY’s Craig Melvin, MJ was asked which four guys he’d have on his pick-up team and he stuck with the same guys he named off six years ago. Melvin then asked if Steph Curry should be offended for being off the list, to which Jordan replied, “I hope not, no. He’s a great player, but not a Hall of Famer yet, though.”
Jordan definitely makes a point considering you can’t get inducted into the Hall of Fame while you’re still active, but it’s only a matter of time until he gets inducted.
