Dallas Mavericks owner, businessman, investor and TV personality Mark Cuban has notoriously been one of the most outspoken team owners in all of sports, and on Monday he continued to openly speak his mind.

With the NBA Western Conference growing stronger and stronger in the era of super-teams, the best example being Paul George heading to Oklahoma City, the other teams in the West are being forced to rebuild from the ground up.

Cuban’s Mavericks won an NBA championship as recently as 2011 over the Miami Heat - a team featuring LeBron James, Dwyane Wade and Chris Bosh, who many consider to have started the modern day super-team culture, yet six seasons later are being forced to rebuild entirely.

But Cuban appears to have a solution:
