The Seattle Mariners have been on a bit of a slide as of late as they’ve won just three of their past 10 games, but they’re hoping they can turn things around on their current 10-game road trip.
Looking to start the lengthy trip on a fun and high note, the team decided to dress up a little differently before they departed for the airport and the guys the clothing styles were all over the place from Super Troopers and WWE characters to former members of the Seattle SuperSonics.
Some of the players showed some love for Seattle’s old NBA franchise, while others showed up dressed as their favourite wrestler or character from Super Troopers.
The Mariners own a 64-48 record heading into Monday night’s game and are 2.5 games back of the Oakland Athletics for the second and final Wild Card spot in the American League.
