While many of us have taken this time to "enjoy" the finer things in life as we embark on a journey away from the gym, it comes as no surprise that star athletes like Marc Gasol are looking even more cut than ever before.

The Raptors big man appears to have shed a few extra pounds, leading many to believe that his name is now Marc Swosol.

You might remember that Gasol rode a NBA 2019 Championship heater into a Championship at the 2019 Fiba Basketball World Cup, becoming only the second player in history to pair an NBA championship along with a World Cup victory in the same year.

He also became the first non-American NBAer to snag a championship and a World Cup or Olympic Gold in the same year.

Gasol is currently in the final year of the five-year contract he signed with the Grizzlies in 2015, paying him $25.6 million a season.

The former Defensive Player of the Year averaged 7.6 points, 6.3 rebounds and 3.4 assists in just over  27 minutes of action per game for the Raptors prior to the season being suspended by the COVID-19 pandemic.
