We’ve seen a lot of great Halloween costumes so far this season, but Marc-Andre Fleury may have taken the cake with his wife Veronique Larosee.
The two dressed up as a couple of Addams Family characters and while Veronique was somewhat recognizable, her husband didn’t quite look like himself. Actually, he kind of looked like the bottom part of a Mop. The 34-year-old dressed up as Cousin Itt and it left us crying of laughter.
The man must have been boiling under that thing!
Okay, now it’s time to analyze the competition. Let’s take a look at some New Jersey Devils costumes for a moment. Duff Man is pretty solid, Freddie Mercury is pretty on point, but we have to give it to Tom Hanks and his besty Wilson. Definitely gives Fleury a run for his money.
Connor McDavid and his girlfriend also gave a valiant effort, although they’re a little early on the whole Christmas thing.
And then there’s Houston Texans receiver DeAndre Hopkins,
All are great but there’s just something about Marc-Andre Fleury dressed as Itt that’s incredible. He continues to prove why he’s one of the best personalities in the NHL.
