It happened again, the Toronto Maple Leafs fell short in Game 7 in Boston against the Bruins.
It was a tight game for most of the night, but the Bruins opened things up in the final frame and ran away with things before the night was all said and done.
As a result, the Bruins are moving on to play the Columbus Blue Jackets, while the Maple Leafs head home and turn their focus to next season and Leafs fans are not pleased.
Outside Toronto, though, fans are pretty happy about the Leafs’ early departure.
It’s going to be a very, very long offseason for Leafs Nation.
