Louis Domingue was heavily relied upon this season after Andrei Vasilevskiy was sidelined for more than a month due to a broken foot and he held his own as he went 11-3 during that time. Since returning to his role as Vasilevskiy’s backup, Domingue has gone 7-1 and is a career-best 21-5 on the campaign.
However, the 26-year-old is now dealing with an injury of his own as he was held out of Monday’s contest against the Ottawa Senators, but that didn’t stop Domingue from celebrating with his teammates and it was one of his best celebrations of the year.
Domingue has found fun and creative ways to celebrate with his teammates throughout the season, but his role as an undercover security guard asking players for their identification is the best one yet.
It’s safe to say they’re having a blast in Tampa Bay this season.
