Between opening a school and signing with the Lakers, LeBron James has been incredibly busy this summer, but he's still been very involved with basketball as he's been watching and coaching his son's team.
LeBron James Jr. is 13-years-old and still has a number of years ahead of him before we're talking about him potentially playing in the NBA, but if you're in the position LeBron is in, it's never too early to explain the importance accepting roles to your son and his teammates.
Not everyone can be a star in the NBA and the good teams win because their players accept the role they are given rather than complain and not give it their all.
Basketball is a team sport and accepting your role on your team is so much more important to the success of the team than you may think.
That's why it's important to learn this lesson at a young age and that incredible speech from LeBron not only opened the eyes of his son's team, but everyone that watches this video.
