Controversial plays tend to occur in the biggest games in any sport and Wednesday night, the defending World Series champions were on the wrong end of a controversial call.
Jose Altuve appeared to hit a game-tying home run in the first inning, but he was ruled out due to fan interference. Houston lost the game by two runs (8-6) and they're now on the brink of elimination, in part due to the call.
Kate Upton was one of the many people upset about the call and after it was made, she took to Twitter to share her thoughts.
Justin Verlander's brother also chimed in on the call in response to one of Upton's tweets.
Upton's opinion and the points she made were extremely valid and they echoed how many felt about the ruling.
It seems like the baseball world was divided about the call (which is totally understandable), but having such strong feelings about the call like Upton did shouldn't have led to fans replying the way they did to her to the point where she had to tweet this out.
Whether they made the wrong call or not, this shouldn't be the end result for speaking your mind. Upton isn't the only that felt frustrated about the call, either, but the Astros need to move on quickly as they need to win Game 5 Thursday night to stay alive. (H/T: Kate Upton)
