We love hockey more than most people do. We would do anything to get out and play especially because current lockdowns have been limiting hockey being played all over the world.
Not everyone has the luxury of being able to make their backyard into an outdoor rink either, you need space and the resources to maintain it. If you own a pool it is even harder to manage the space.
Karl Alzner never saw that as an issue as he made his pool into a skating rink for his kids. The outcome of it was awesome, and what a view!
This is an incredible idea for anyone with a pool who is in a pinch and hasn’t gone out on the ice yet this season.
