Like most NHL players right now, Auston Matthews is absolutely living his best life. The season is a grind for any player and taking time to not only step away from the rink, but to just do things you don't have a chance to during the season is so important.
For Matthews, the summer has been all about relaxing with those closest to him, but the one thing he can't escape no matter where he goes is the chirps from his teammates on social media.
Sunday, Matthews posted some photos from his time in sun and revealed he's got a sweet moustache now, much to the chagrin of one Kasperi Kapanen who roasted his teammate. Matthews didn't hesitate to fire back, though, and you just love to see it.
Matthews has never shied away from playfully chirping teammates on Instagram as he did so with William Nylander earlier this summer after Willy made a big hairstyle change.
