It didn’t take JuJu Smith-Schuster very long to become a fan favourite among the Pittsburgh Steelers faithful, but he’s quickly becoming a fan favourite of fans throughout the league (except in Baltimore, Cleveland and Cincinnati).
The 22-year-old is heading into his first season as the No. 1 receiver on the Steelers’ depth chart, but that hasn’t stopped him from living his best life during the offseason and he’s bringing others along for the ride.
Recently, Smith-Schuster received a DM from a fan in need of someone to go to prom with them. This wasn’t a fan trying to shoot their shot, though, it was just someone looking for company on the big night since he was recently dumped by his girlfriend and JuJu came through for him.
Anthony Molinaro was the young man who reached out to JuJu, and the Steelers wide receiver had no problem fully committing to the evening by rocking matching suits with Molinaro and taking the limo ride with the rest of the group.
For the record, JuJu had a blast.
Easy to see why he’s Pittsburgh’s favourite receiver and has been since he came into the league.
