Hockey Fights Cancer is here and players all around the league will be rocking their purple in support of the cause. Families of and even some players have been affected by cancer so it’s great to see how much support is pored towards it by the league.
For Josh Morrissey he will feel a little extra something in his first Hockey Fights cancer game since his father passed away this summer.
He will be wearing a purple blazer in honour of his father who was in finance and was always wearing a suit.
The proceeds will go towards Canadian Cancer Society.
