This year’s edition of the World Hockey Championship wrapped up on Sunday evening with Sweden capturing their second consecutive gold medal with a 3-2 shootout victory over Switzerland.
On Monday, the team returned home where they were greeted by thousands of local hockey fans.

With it being a big day for the players and the entire country, Dallas Stars defenceman John Klingberg and Anaheim Ducks forward Rickard Rakell showed just how happy they were by busting out Fortnite’s ‘Floss’ dance.
Thousands of people showed up at the Kungsträdgården park in central Stockholm on Monday to celebrate the gold medal with the team, who even got a concert in their honour.

Sweden finished the preliminary round with a tournament-best 20 points and followed that up with victories over Latvia, USA and Switzerland in the playoff rounds of the tournament.
