The most dominant athlete in modern American sports history has done it again.

With 75 hot dogs and buns consumed in ten minutes, Joey Chestnut won his 13th career Nathan's Famous International Hot Dog Eating Contest. We kid you not, his all-time record now is 13-1 against the field.

Oh, and it wasn’t even close — runner-up Darron Breeden managed “just” 42 dogs.

Chestnut beat his previous record of 74, which he set in 2018. Believe it or not, the betting line was on whether or not he would break that record — and bettors overwhelmingly chose the over.

With 13 hot dog eating titles, Chestnut compares pretty favourably to some of the GOATs from other sports. History is going to remember this man’s dominance over hot dogs and buns.
