The Houston Texans and the NFL as a whole received a major blow this past weekend as J.J. Watt's season came to an end as he suffered a fractured tibial plateau in his left leg on the first drive of the game.
 


Early Monday morning, Watt broke his silence and shared a message with his fans through his Twitter account.
 
On Wednesday, the three-time NFL Defensive Player of the Year shared his first photo since his surgery and he's already getting some steps in.

After going his first five seasons without missing a single game, the 28-year-old has been limited to just eight games over the past two seasons, but he plans on coming back even stronger than ever.
