If a golfer is lucky enough to have a caddy alongside them for a round of golf, that caddy can dramatically improve their success on the course. Getting a second opinion on which clubs to use, which part of the green to aim for, and what ball movement to expect can be extremely valuable, and a lot of golfers credit their success in part to the caddy by their side.
That... wasn't the case for Zach Hyman and Connor McDavid, who were unfortunately given probably the worst possible caddy you can think of.

While caddies will generally aim to help golfers succeed, Jesse seemed more intent on pranking them or bantering about just about anything. Except golf, of course.
For what's it's worth, Jesse may have actually helped Hyman out with that hybrid call, but all of that was overshadowed by Jesse's unhinged comment about Connor McDavid's legs.
