Jesper Wallstedt was selected 20th overall by the Minnesota Wild in the 2021 NHL Draft and is currently in Alberta competing in the World Juniors as one of Sweden’s three goalies.

Wallstedt picked up a win in his first start, stopping 27 of 30 shots in a 6-3 victory over Russia in the tournament opener for both teams, and you might not have noticed but his mask includes an awesome tribute to one of the game’s greatest goalies.

Wallstedt’s Team Sweden mask is basically a giant tribute to Henrik Lundqvist and it includes shots of Sweden’s greatest goalie rocking the country’s threads.
