It seems that time in quarantine has given some people the kick they needed to be the best versions of themselves.
With gyms being closed for an undetermined amount of time and social distancing being heavily encouraged, the availability of weight training, machines, and personal trainers have also been completely limited. However, it does help to have family members that are experienced and able to step in.
Boston Celtics guard Jaylen Brown has found a unique way to keep in shape while stuck in quarantine.
Brown convinced his 78-year-old grandfather to move from Atlanta to Boston to serve as his trainer for the past couple of months.
Jaylen says that his grandfather Willie Brown, who once sparred with Muhammad Ali, has a more old school approach to training which is different than what he's used to with the team, however, he's working his butt off.
This is incredible and his fans absolutely love it.
