Jake Virtanen reveals the way the Sedins broke the news about their retirement and shocked the team

On Monday, Henrik and Daniel Sedin shocked the hockey world by announcing their plans to retire at the end of the season.

Nobody was more shocked by the Sedins' decision than their teammates, though, and Jake Virtanen revealed how Daniel and Henrik broke the news to the team.

Short, simple and sweet to say the least. We're sure more was said, but that's a unique way of breaking the news. Once the news broke, teammates past and present congratulated the two Vancouver legends on their incredible careers.

Hats of to these legends. Always admired their professionalism and the way they handled them self. They will surely be missed in the hockey world.
