The Calgary Flames signed Jacob Markstrom to a six-year, $36 million deal in the offseason and he’s looked impressive throughout the early part of the season
Markstrom has started all but two games for the Calgary Flames this season, so they’re clearly planning on rolling with him as much as possible. Since that’s the case, Markstrom is going to need options when it comes to his goalie masks.
Designed by David Gunnarsson, Markstrom’s mask is about as Calgary as it gets and it’s one that we think Flames fans will really appreciate.
Markstrom owns an 8-5-1 record with a 2.61 GAA and a .918 save percentage in 14 starts, and has gone 4-2 with a shutout against his former squad.
