The Memphis Grizzlies season came to an end but Ja Morant still came out with a win.
Morant had an incredible rookie year which led to a nearly unanimous vote for him as Rookie of the Year, receiving 99 of 100 votes for 1st place.

The Grizzlies guard led all qualifying rookies in points (17.8) and assists (7.3) per game and shot 47.7% from the field.
