Nick Shumlanski of the Humboldt Broncos was one of the players who survived the tragic bus crash that took the lives of 15 people.
As per CTV News, the 20-year-old was released from hospital on Saturday with an injured shoulder and chipped vertebrae, and on Monday Nick wrote a heartfelt note on social media to thank everyone for their support.
People around the world that heard about the tragic accident are supporting the Broncos in many different ways, and whether it's a donation to the GoFundMe account that was started or simply leaving a hockey stick outside, any form of support helps in a time like this.
