Henrik Lundqvist has been playing at the highest level for quite some time now as the 36-year-old is currently in his 14th NHL season. The four-time NHL All-Star has had to make minor changes to his game over the years in order to stay relevant and continue his reign as one of the world’s most dominant goalies, but he’s managed to successfully adapt to every curveball that’s been thrown his way.

One of the ways Lundqvist has managed to work on and improve his hand-eye coordination over the years is by practicing a quick juggling routine before each game.

Although Lundqvist has dropped his first two decisions this season, the 205th overall pick in the 2000 NHL Entry Draft looks like his old self so far with a 2.06 goals against average and  a.933 save percentage through his first two games of the year.
