Toronto Raptors fans will always remember the team’s path to winning their first ever NBA title.

One story they might remember during the run was Fred VanVleet turning into a new man on the court after the birth of his second child, Fred Jr., right after going through the worst shooting slump of his career.

Now Giannis Antetokounmpo is hoping something similar is going to happen to him after the birth of his first child, Liam Charles Antetokounmpo.

A day after Giannis announced the birth of his child; the Bucks superstar went on record with ESPN NBA reporter Eric Woodyard mentioning that he hopes he goes on the same kind of streak that VanVleet went on after the birth of his son.

The 25-year-old is already averaging a career-high numbers across the board with 30 points, 13.5 rebounds and 5.8 assists per game through 48 contests, so it would be pretty scary if he found a way to get even hotter on the court.
