Growing up, many of us have athletes that we look up to as role models. You always envision what that day would be like if you ever had the opportunity to meet them.

Well for George Kittle, 49ers TE and life long wrestling fan, his dream turned into a reality today.

During an interview with ESPN’s First Take, Kittle was asked about “Stone Cold” Steve Austin and why he’s one of his favourite wrestlers.

Kittle, who seemed VERY excited to dive deep into some wrestling talk was almost instantly cut off by his own enthusiasm as Steve Austin himself joined the virtual call.

“Ou! Stone Cold? I mean, he’s the man. I think, honestly, my favorite attribute is…oh, you’ve got to be kidding me!”

Kittle then goes on to share how Austin’s best attribute has to be his hands, which he dubs as possibly the best hands in wrestling. You know, the ones that are used to catch beers, classic Steve!

The funniest thing about this is that Steve Austin is not so Stone Cold, but is very sweet and wholesome! He goes on to share how when he played football back in his college days, he rotated from running back to linebacker, to defensive end, but always thought he should have been a tight end since, well you guessed it.

STEVE AUSTIN HAS THE HANDS!

“I think I catch beers better than a football” honestly should be on a shirt or something, what a line from Stone Cold.

Following that conversation, there's two things we want to see.

One. George Kittle and Steve Austin having beers launched at them, maybe we toss in some Tom Brady action after his 10th Super Bowl so he can join in on the fun.

Two. Kittle and Austin whipping around in a beer truck. Could be a cool little Super Bowl halftime show segment like when Nelly came out in a truck during Super Bowl XXXVII.
