Former Jets prospect makes a ridiculous save to completely rob his opponent in the shootout

Winnipeg native Jason Kasdorf was drafted by the Winnipeg Jets back in the sixth round of the 2011 NHL Entry Draft but he never got a chance to suit up for his hometown team.

Just over a year after Kasdorf was drafted by the Jets the team shipped him off to Buffalo as part of the Evander Kane and Zach Bogosian trade that saw Tyler Myers, Drew Stafford, Joel Armia, Brendan Lemieux and a conditional first round draft pick go back to Winnipeg in exchange.

Currently playing in the ECHL with the Cincinnati Cyclones, the 25-year-old picked up his third win of the season and he pulled it off with an incredible game-saving stop in the shootout.
 

We’re still trying to figure out how he managed to keep that out of the net, especially since the shooter had him out of position and easily beat.
 

In 39 career ECHL games Kasdorf owns an 8-23-1 record to go with a 3.91 goals against average and a .875 save percentage.
