Steve Smith Sr. seems to be enjoying the retirement life.
While some take retirement as a chance to step out of the spotlight and away from the game, Smith has jumped right back into the fire. The former Panthers and Ravens wideout is a recent addition to the NFL Network's growing list of on-screen personalities, and on Thursday the NFL Network decided to show off a little of Smith's famous personality.
In two promotional videos released by the network you can see Smith returning to his former place of employment - Taco Bell. Before his success in the NFL, Smith was just another high school kid working for an hourly wage. Now, fans get to see a taste of what Smith was like before fame and stardom entered his life.
On top of those promotional videos, the NFL Network released a video showing even more footage of Smith proving to be a handful for both his co-workers and the customers to deal with.
Smith's retirement certainly doesn't mean we've heard the last of the outspoken personality. The self-proclaimed "retired wideout with an opinion" should see plenty of screentime with a new season of NFL football kicking off Thursday.
