… #7. That’s right, Brady Tkachuk could officially be announced as the team’s newest captain in the near future. Again, this could be a fluke but this is what the website is showing us.

Tkachuk would become the 10th captain in franchise history and the leagues’ youngest player to rock the letter at just 21 years of age. A fourth overall selection in 2018, Tkachuk recorded 43 goals and 46 assists through his first two seasons.
Oh- and he led the teams with 106 penalty minutes; 48 more than the next highest player.
With two top-five picks now added to their arsenal, and a new captain potentially set to lead the team, the future is looking bright in Ottawa.
