Evgeni Malkin is pretty good at hockey. That seems safe to say. His basketball skills, though? That’s still open to interpretation.
With his time off during the NHL’s All-Star break, Malkin seems to be spending it on some wholesome family time, playing a bit of basketball with his wife and kid. It’s all very endearing, and Malkin even shows off the three-point range.
But my guy, you’ve got to make your free throws. Especially if you’re going to post it online!
Well, a bucket is a bucket, and in Malkin’s own wise words, “I am score.” Not a bad way to spend your time off from hockey, all things considered.
While Malkin isn’t an All-Star this year, much of the NHL has gathered in San Jose for the festivities, and as always, the fraternizing has led to some incredible moments. There’s David Pastrnak’s side bet with Mat Barzal before the skills competition, but we think P.K. Subban hosting his own late night show takes the cake.
