If you watched the first period of Game 2 between the Montreal Canadiens and Vegas Golden Knights, there’s no doubt Jeff Petry caught your attention.
Petry was initially supposed to sit out of Game 2 due to hand injury but last minute was listed as in on the NHL roster. Even though Montreal’s defenseman has been dealing with a hand injury, his eyes seemed like the main issue!
Talk about bloodshot. They were so red to the point where it even looked like he was wearing contacts.
While it doesn’t seem to be bothering him that much, NHL fans couldn’t help but notice and are having way too much fun with it.
All jokes aside, hopefully it’s nothing too serious to worry about!
