Every hat trick should be accompanied by a hat Zamboni

Scoring a hat trick is a special moment for hockey players, as they don’t come along very often. In fact, most NHL players will go their whole career without potting a hatty.

So when it does… SHOULD THERE, OR SHOULD THERE NOT BE A HILARIOUS HAT ZAMBONI TASKED WITH HOLDING ALL THE HATS YOU JUST EARNED????

That was a rhetorical question. There obviously should be.

The Pittsburgh Penguins had a very active hat Zamboni on Sunday after Evan Rodrigues and Bryan Rust scored hat tricks in the same game.

Fans absolutely loved the little mock vehicle sliding around the ice full of hats.
