The final spot in the NBA Finals is on the line in Houston on Monday night as the Rockets host the Golden State Warriors in a do or die Game 7. Like they’ve done all season long ahead of big games and throughout the NBA playoffs, the NBA on TNT panel teed up the game for fans watching on television and, like they’ve done all season, they did not skimp on the jokes.
During the pre-game conversation, 11-time NBA All-Star Charles Barkley mentioned how he would like to own blimp and Ernie Johnson Jr. was quick to take advantage of the joke that right there hanging in front of him.
Even Barkley had a smile on his face after that comment because he knew he served it up the easy joke to his co-host.
