It’s always special to meet your heroes in person, but Redskins quarterback Dwayne Haskins went even further than that, turning a photo of himself meeting Tom Brady into a mural at his house.

Is it a little strange to have one of your rival peers in the league up in your house as a mural? That occurred to us, but then again, Brady is one of the all-time greats, he’s Tom freaking Brady, so we get it.

There's an age span of almost 20 years separating the two, and Haskins grew up watching Brady at his best. Playing in his rookie season last year, Haskins met Brady on the field for the first time during the Redskins-Patriots matchup in Week 5.

Washington didn’t consider drafting a quarterback with its second overall pick this season after selecting Haskins with the 15th pick in 2019, so whenever football returns, we’re definitely excited to see what he can build on in Year 2.
