Ducks to donate 19% of merchandise sales, portion of 50/50 to UCI Health in Jay Bouwmeester's honour

There was a scary scene in Anaheim on February 11, 2020, when St. Louis Blues defenceman Jay Bouwmeester went into cardiac arrest and collapsed on the team’s bench.

On Wednesday night, the Blues and the Ducks are going to make up their game from last month in Anaheim and the hosts are doing something classy in Bouwmeester’s honour.
 

The Ducks announced that they’re going to donate 19% of merchandise sales and the entire charitable half of the 50/50 raffle to UCI Health.
 

The game will be a full 60-minute contest, but it will begin with the game tied 1-1, which was the score at the time of the postponement.
