Before hitting the ice for a practice or a game, hockey players must can find an effective way to warm up their bodies and get the blood flowing.
Some players take to the bikes to get going, while others will do mini-sets of sprints. Playing soccer for a game is always a fun and engaging way to get your teammates involved.
But what if we told you that dodgeball on ice might be a great warmup, or a fun way to end a practice.
Thanks to Bauer Hockey, we got a sneak peak of some awesome content they have in store featuring Quin Hughes, Pierre-Luc Dubois, Brady Tkachuk, Jack DeBrusk, Jordan Greenway, Andrei Svechnikov, Jake Hughes, Cale Makar and Alexis Lafreniere and having a jolly old time playing dodgeball on ice.
Just like when he'd fight brother Matthew, Brady Tkachuk was the last man standing.
Besides being a good way to warm up, the game is incredibly fun, and allows players to utilize their edges when they pivot. Don't be surprised if we see more of this in the future.
