Week 1 of the NFL season had just about everything from blowouts to ties, to last-second victories.

One of the wildest finishes took place on Monday Night Football in the game between the Houston Texans and the New Orleans Saints. The Texans stormed up the field and scored a touchdown to tie the game with less than a minute left, but Ka'imi Fairbairn missed the extra point attempt. However, thanks to a penalty against the Saints, Fairbairn got a second chance and he made no mistake to give Houston a one-point lead. It seemed like the Texans were about to steal a win on the road in their opening game of the season, but the Saints made the most of their final drive and ended up with a last-second field goal to win the game.
 

Plenty of Texans fans, like Katelyn, went from feeling like they were on top of the world to having their night ruined in less than a minute. Texans quarterback Deshaun Watson ended up coming across the video of her heartbreaking reaction to the last-second defeat and reached out to let her know he’s sending her a signed jersey to help lift her spirits.
 

Although the Texans lost the game, Watson put together quite the performance as he went 20 for 30 for 268 yards and three touchdowns and also ran the ball four times for 40 yards and a touchdown.
