It’s becoming somewhat of a theme in professional sports. If you have a young child and you perform well in a game, you bring that young child up to the podium for your post-game press conference. There doesn’t seem to be much of a connection between the two much more than simply “this kid is really cute so yeah… here he/she is”.

And who’s complaining? We all remember how Riley Curry left NBA fans in tears during a Steph Curry post-game presser. Other kids have taken the stand as well.

The latest kid to deliver a unique and entertaining presser is David Price’s son, Xavier. Xavier is just 17 months old and will certainly not remember the day, but Price certainly will. It was his first playoff win in his 12th playoff start.

Afterwards, though, it was Xavier attracting all the attention.

Eventually Xavier wanders off and Price is able to finish the questioning, but his son certainly left his mark.
