The last year was a really tough year for Dak Prescott.
Just months after losing his brother and going through a battle with mental health, Prescott spent most of the 2020-21 season out due to a scary ankle injury, an emotional moment for Prescott as he was carted off the field and it was uncertain what his future would be.
On Monday, the Cowboys signed Dak Prescott to a mammoth contract; a four-year, $160 million deal, including a record $126 million guaranteed. The first three years average $42 million per year, per Adam Schefter.
