The Toronto Maple Leafs’ players seem to more active on social media than ever before and one of their favourite activities seems to be taunting their teammates.
Throughout the summer they’ve been throwing out chirps on social media and that continued on one of Mitch Marner’s most recent photo. Marner posted a photo of one of the prizes donated to his charity event and Carrick thought he’d point out an issue with his display. Watches are for wearing, not holding.
Funny enough, it might even go up in value if Marner wore it – play a quick game of shinny with it and call it a game-worn watch. Jerseys of this kind can go up significantly in value, so we’d have to imagine that the same applies to watches.
