A large percent of people who fill out brackets for the NCAA March Madness tournament know little to almost nothing about college basketball, but that doesn’t stop them from joining in on all the fun.
After all, no one knows who’s going to win any of the games so you always have to beware of the underdog pulling off the upset victory and riding the high for a few more rounds. It didn’t take long for the first upset of the tournament to take place as No. 11 Loyola-Chicago eliminated No. 6 Miami (Florida) with a last-second victory.
As you can probably imagine this last-second victory by the Ramblers busted a lot of brackets early on into the tournament, but you can bet everyone on and around campus had their boys circled on their brackets based off their reactions to the stunning win.
This is what March Madness is all about and the best thing about it is that the tournament is just getting started.
