The 2019-20 NHL season will be the Calgary Flames’ 40th season and they’ve some stuff planned for their fans.
On Monday evening the Flames shared their brand new 40th anniversary logo and revealed that it’s going to sit at centre ice for the entire season.
The Flames moved from Atlanta to Calgary following the 1979-80 season and have been playing at the Saddledome ever since.
A lot of fans are expecting new third jerseys or even throwback jerseys to be added to the wardrobe for the franchise’s 40th season in Calgary, but the team hasn’t released any other information regarding 40th season content just yet, aside from the new logo at centre ice.
