CJ McCollum has never been afraid to say what's on his mind.
Heck, the man has his own podcast and invites the NBA's best players on to have honest conversations about a variety of topics, so he's always going to say what's on his mind.
As we, along with McCollum, were reminded of on Wednesday, though, not everyone is going to like or agree with everything you say.
Jennifer Williams and the hundreds of people that liked her response to McCollum's tweet offering up an explanation for something he said in an interview about the Warriors was about as honest a response as you'll get from a fan.
As the old saying goes, honesty is a two-way street and McCollum replied to Jennifer with these three words that are now part of his legacy forever:
"I'm trying Jennifer."
