Bowen Byram's grandma Jane seems like she'd be a blast to watch Team Canada with

Bowen Byram scored a 1^st period goal to put Team Canada up 2-0 over the Czech Republic in the World Juniors quarterfinal. It was Byram’s first goal of the tournament, which means it was also our first chance and getting to see a new favourite fan – Grandma Jane!

During the 1^st intermission, TSN isolated Byram for the interview between periods. During that interview, Byram got a kick out of seeing his grandma cheerleading the Byram household, energetically dancing after seeing her grandson score.

Byram simply laughs and says she’s a cool lady, and fun to be around. We can absolutely see it.
