EXTINGUISHED!

T.J. Brodie opened the scoring for the Flames in the opening period, but Mathieu Perreault got the Jets right back in the game in the second period. The two teams remained locked in a 1-1 tie for the remainder of the night needed a shootout to decide things, and that’s where Blake Wheeler finished things off for the Jets with their second goal in the shootout.

SHOOTOUT DANGLES!

Every Jets fan was happy to see their team get back in the win column, but no one was happier than both of Blake Wheeler’s kids, who were watching the game from the comfort of their home.

The 31-year-old Jets captain probably got an extra nice greeting from his children when he returned home from the road trip after scoring a beautiful goal to cap off a victory.
