Admit it, Zoom calls can sometimes lead for your thoughts to wander or even make you want to snooze. It happens to the best of us!
Losing that in-person human interaction has become a burden.
But when Cy Young Winning pitcher Blake Snell is on the Zoom call, you better watch out! He’s ready to get everybody on their toes and awake.
In a hilarious video posted to Twitter by Annie Heilbrunn, Snell decided to turn the questions around on Heilbrunn within a press conference.
Snell goes on to ask if he scared Heilbrunn following his swift and sneaky head jolt into the Zoom screen, to which she jokingly confirms he did scare her just a little bit.
“I'm trying to keep you on your toes, that’s my goal. Keep all of y'all on your toes.”
As Snell pledges to make Zoom calls less boring, he claims he’ll be hiding off screen and will quickly swoop in and in his words,
“I'm going to lean back here and whoosh, I’m in your face, how ya doing?”
It’s great to see Snellzilla taking on a new role as Zoom Ninja as he joins his new squad. We just hope there will be weekly updates or something on his Zoom adventures because this guy is absolutely hilarious.
