Okay, okay. So Bianca Andreescu is the first Canadian to have ever won a Grand Slam singles title, and at the age of 19 to boot. That’s pretty impressive and whatnot.
But can we take a minute to talk about her mom? Serving LOOKS at the US Open.
And her dog, Coco Andreescu!
Here it is. We have found the only people in Canada staying cool, calm and collected after Bianca’s win.
Even Andreescu herself was more shook than her parents! It’s almost crazy to think about, considering where she is now, but when she began the year ranked No. 152, her initial goal was to get within the top-100 by the end of 2019. She has... certainly done that now, vaulting up into the top-five.
Maybe the Andreescu parents are waiting until she gets into the top-three to really let loose?
