Bauer has made their visor design public so that other companies can help with production

In response to the coronavirus pandemic, Bauer has shifted their production to making face shields for frontline medical professions.

According to Darren Dreger, hospitals worldwide have contacted Bauer with order demands, which have increased beyond what the company is capable of producing. As a result, Bauer is making their visor design public so that other companies can help with production as well.

The design is available on Bauer’s website.

It’s all hands on deck right now, as a shortage of masks has been among the problems facing hospitals in their care for coronavirus patients.

Like Bauer, New Balance has also shifted to mask production in their U.S. factories.
